Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Son Siurana", surrounded by fields. Outside the resort, 850 m from the centre of Ariany, in a quiet, sunny position, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural pond, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, depth 50 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bar 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ariany" 850 m, sandy beach "Playas de Muro - Can Picafort" 18 km.
