The room was great and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped me manage my reservation when I needed to add an extra day, and it all went smoothly. Also, I wanted to address the fact that I somehow left a 3/5 review on my last stay. That rating was not indicative of my experience in November, but I could not figure out how to get the review corrected.

Hotel was clean, room was clean. Enjoyed staying there. Very friendly staff. Rooms could use some brighter lighting. We were here last week for 2 nights and this overnight stay due to illness and subsequent death in my family. Both rooms need brighter lighting.

Room was extremely clean which as a mom traveling with (2) kids really appreciates. Staff was super friendly and the area itself felt very safe and was right off the highway for easy access. Lots of restaurants and Kroger grocery store. Will definitely be staying here again!
