I never even stayed at the room. I was on day 3 stick in Asheville due to the winter storm. I was trying to book a last minute room after waiting 10 hours in the airport. My reservations weren’t processing. I ended up having to book a different hotel through another app. Well the reservation did go through once I left the airport. They are refusing to refund even though I never stayed in the room and wasn’t even aware that it went through. To charge people for something they didn’t use during a storm is greedy. What a joke.

We had a clean, refurbished, comfortable room and bed with all the typical room amenities, including microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea maker. The lobby had 2 pleasant fireside seating areas and ample dining seating for the breakfast which included both hot meal and continental breakfast items (no fresh fruit except bananas). The location was great for access to I-26 and the Asheville Airport, and there is a large choice of fast food and dine-in restaurants within walking distance. A great value.

We enjoyed staying at the comfort inn on Airport Road in Arden. Stayed at a king suite and had a sofa. I like the fact that they except dogs with no size restriction. I have another stay again and look forward to this hotel.
