We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. Our stay was very nice! My dog had a lovely stay and it was close to everything in the area we wanted to see. The staff was also very nice. The room was clean but there was no garbage can in the room! I will say my only complaint was the safety. Twice we found the outside doors just hanging wide open. We also had an adjoining room but no lock on our side. I guess if there was someone on the other side, they could have just walked into our room!
