Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Overall our stay was great. The house was clean and the communication with the host was easy. They allowed us to extend stay last minute. The house states that it sleeps 24, but I would not bank on that as the houses are not very large and some of that may include couches and top bunks. There are not enough towels (bath and kitchen) or silverware for large groups. Additionally, while the rental included 2 houses, the price seems steep for Athens area during the off season. I have stayed in luxury rentals for similar price on the beach! I could see this price during the football season. We needed housing for a group last minute and this worked well despite the price.
