Don’t get me wrong, this place is lovely. But if you’re an American, Do Not Stay Here! The owner treated me terribly from the get-go, talking badly about the Americans who stayed prior to me, and treating me like I was stupid and an inconvenience to her even though I treated her with kindness and took good care of the property. I had to check out 15 minutes late due to issues with a stolen passport, and the owner yelled at me over the phone and expected tip after the fact, rather than being understanding and accommodating. Really such a shame because it’s such a cute and cozy place in a safer area of Athens.
