Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near a lot of things in Marietta. I especially loved having the fenced in back yard and screened in porch for the dog. (Don't hang out back there if you're allergic to bees.) Only downside might be the stadium/school across the street IF there is an event happening, but it was great for our weekend. Great communication, no issues at all.

Great house! Very centrally located to the city of Marietta. It's a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway when driving a pick up truck but we managed. The house is comfortable, the yard was great for our dog, all fenced in.
