Went to use the pool, which was cold for an indoor pool, and when exiting we found that the handrail was able to be pulled out of the floor. Reported to staff, later attempted to use pool again and it was permanently closed. The elevators squeal loudly during use, and one of them missing buttons. The on-site bistro offered menu items the didn't have, and their staff wasn't the best. The food from there also wasn't the greatest for the price as some of it came out burned or inedible. The property had a nice couryard, but the heaters weren't on and didn't have propane to use. Won't be recommending this location to others.

And now i have a pending charge from the hotel i got walked to and the room smelledand toilet seat was falling off. This better be dealt with in a timely fashion. This is my second time staying at this property. Since my last stay, this property has undergone renovation. My room was completely redesigned. It was amazing to walk into a brand-new room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Around the corner from Lenox Mall. I will be staying here again
