Nice quiet location with lovely views and big decks. The staff is quite nice and welcoming. The bar is quiet and there is outdoor seating in a lovely setting. It’s a little inconvenient to services (a 3-4 block walk to coffee, pharmacy, etc.). If you need a cab, I recommend Uber since the cabs weren’t reliable, but Uber drivers are usually waiting nearby. Gym was small but serviceable. The pool is quite small.

We had a superb room with a huge terrace overlooking Auckland Harbour, and the never ending ferries. It was an easy walk down the pier to the heart of Auckland, with superb restaurants and sights.
