Worse place ever

It was horrible the guy was rude at the front and the room has stains on the bed and the shower curtains they don’t allow baths and the TV didn’t work well at all the worse hotel I have ever been at in my life

There was black mold on the curtains, and stains on the shower curtain. I checked out a night early, once I got back home I called to see if a refund was possible staff was rude and told me I never checked out, they can confirm with the camera. When I told them I checked out with someone else they told me it was not true. I told them why I left and they said there was mold on the curtain because it was above the heater. I called back the next morning to make sure I was checked out they told me I never was. I drove all the way back to the hotel to make sure I was checked out and got receipt that morning.

Toilet

We stay here quite often but this time the room we were in had toilet issues. We told the front desk and even after my boyfriend plunged the toilet himself for several minutes it wouldn’t resolve. This was before even using the toilet. Was simply told it was a new toilet and floor and nothing should be wrong when something quite clearly was… usually we’re happy staying here, this time we were not..

Enjoyable stay.

My room was clean and comfortable. I liked that the room had a recliner. The breakfast offerings are very limited, but the coffee was good and I had other food items with me I could enjoy at breakfast and keep in the room refrigerator.
