Our condo home is built for romance for two and is comfortable enough for small groups of 1-4 people. With brand new kitchen, bathroom and flooring renovations all done in 2025, you will love your stay at our Island Retreat!

This gated community is affectionately known as The Island, as when the lake is full...only a bridge from the mainland keeps the island from being completely surrounded by water. There is a private marina with boat slips available for our guests, lake access, 3 swimming pools, a fitness center, day spa, saunas, tennis courts, restaurant/bar, and picnic/grilling area, and private shuttle service.

Even if the lake is low, the east side of the island will provide beautiful, serene vistas with deer roaming in the pastures where the lake once was. You will also have an onsite restaurant and gift shop where one can rent lake toys. We offer concierge services for hill country wine tours, grocery delivery, among other things.

We always have fresh coffee to enjoy inside or out on the expansive porch. We offer a desk so bring your work with you if you must. Every guest group receives their own unique door code for added security and the home includes both cable and streaming services for rainy day entertainment.
