I don’t know if I accidentally booked an ADA room but the restroom was disgusting. After one shower the water pooled in the uneven tile floor and never drained. There was standing water my entire stay between the door and the toilet. Also the mini fridge in the unit was unplugged for some reason, so the food I took back to the room couldn’t be safely stored. The staff was great but I might as well have stayed in a cheap motel because the room was pretty nasty for 180 dollars.

Very disappointed stay

First i had prepaid a head of time for a regular kind room and they gave me a handicap room....I went and talk to the manager and he finally gave me the right room after I told him what I paid for . I had paid for the weekend but my room didn't get cleaned nor towels replaced...I have never been more disappointed
