The hotel is busy but comfortable for a downtown hotel. Our first room was noisy from a loud whistle coming from the wall. We roughed it out the first night. In the am went to the front desk and Hakeem at guest services was fantastic. Changed our room and got us all set up. Hakeem is a fantastic member of the hotel staff.
