did not know about the renovation taking place. Room in bad shape. mold on walls. People were fighting, screaming and slamming doors at 5:00am. will never stay again.

They are dirty . The cleaning is not done well . Bug crawling on the wall . People screaming and yelling at 2:30 am . It’s an old facility , need to renovate and deep clean . Not recommend for stay .

I am saddened to hear that there was a pest problem as well as loud noises in the early mornings. Rest assured I have shared your notes with our staff so they can make sure things like this do not happen again.

I only looked at the Travelocity rating when I booked. I needed one night near our event. There were stains on the carpet. I couldn’t tell if the turn lock worked so I had to push a chair against the door. The AC was disturbingly loud and made different unsettling noises each time it turned on. The faucet had ripped away from the poor re-caulking job that had been done. There were stains in the tub. There looked to be mold on the seem of the wall and ceiling above the shower head. The staff was very friendly.
