The Space:
Enjoy full access to this spacious, gated lakefront home, including a detached guest suite and private boat dock*. Recently renovated, the home features an open floor plan and modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and plush pillows. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Private parking is also available for guests.

Step outside to the shaded outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with lounge seating and a gas grill.

*Boat Dock Access:
A private boat dock with three slips is available. One slip may be reserved for guest use upon request. The remaining slips are used by the property owner, who will respect your privacy.

Important:
Boat dock availability is dependent on seasonal water levels and drought conditions. Water levels can vary widely and are not regulated.
Guests must inquire about current water conditions prior to booking if dock access is desired.

Security:
For safety and monitoring, two exterior security cameras are installed. One facing the street and one facing the back driveway along the boat dock. These are for security and water level monitoring only.

House Rules:
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in loss of the security deposit and immediate removal without refund.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main home, detached guest suite, private parking, and, when conditions allow, a private dock.

Please note: Dock access is dependent on water levels and maintenance. We encourage guests to confirm current availability with the host prior to booking to ensure the best experience.
