- Parking Limits
- 4 vehicles max in the driveway, 2 in the garage (NO parking in the cul-de-sac). All guests MUST park in the driveway or garage and limit any late-night foot traffic through the cul-de-sac, as it triggers nearby Ring cameras disturbing the neighborhood.

• Master Bedroom #2:
King bed, sitting area, large closet, 55” Roku TV, ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower (plenty of room for the queen air mattress or pac-n-play setup)
• Bedroom #3:
Queen bed, closet, 43” Roku TV
• Bedroom #4 (Bunk Room):
Queen bottom bunk, twin top bunk, trundle, closet, 43” Roku TV
• Additional Sleeping Options:
Fireplace room has pull out sofa bed (linens in adjacent closet) end table has USB charging ports…and a relaxing Fireplace(open the flue with use)!
Queen air mattress-(stored in master 2 end of bed bench)
Pac-n-play crib and highchair available at all times

- Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced (10 PM weekdays, 11 PM weekends)
- Supervision: The pool does not have a 4-sided isolation fence; supervision is required at all times!
- Additional Guests: Only registered guests allowed; no unregistered guests without prior authorization

***STRICTLY ENFORCED NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HRS-NO outside socializing/coming & going/pool/hot tub use at ALL after 10p-weekdays/11-wknds. Noise levels monitored- any violation-guests will be vacated immediately w/o refund
