This private suite sleeps up to 4 and puts you within a short drive of downtown museums, shopping, and parks.
The Space:
Suite 103, the Chandelier Canopy Suite, offers a comfortable home base for up to 4 guests with one bedroom and one full bathroom. Itâs part of a multi-suite house, giving you a private sleeping space and bathroom along with access to shared common areas.
Inside the suite, youâll find a king bed and a queen bed, a practical setup for couples, friends, or business travelers. Reliable WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace make it easy to stay connected or get work done between outings.
When itâs time to prepare a meal or relax outside your suite, youâll have access to the communal kitchen and dining area, plus an upstairs sitting lounge shared with other guests. Off-street parking is available on a first-come basis behind the home, with additional street parking in the area.

Important Things to Note
âą Private suite in a multi-suite house: Youâll have your own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and the upstairs sitting/lounge area are shared with other guests.
âą Parking: Six unassigned, first-come off-street spaces are located behind the building, including one accessible space. Additional parking is available on the street in the surrounding area; some spots may be metered. Parking is not guaranteed.
âą Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. An additional cleaning fee will apply if evidence of a pet is found.
âą Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Interior hallway-only cameras monitor common-entry areas (two downstairs over the entry door; two upstairsâone over the back door and one above the entry to the lounge). There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any suites. Cameras record common areas only.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Getting Around:
Location logistics: Youâre within about a 5-minute drive of the Bullock Texas State History Museum, the Texas Toy Museum & Arcade, and Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve.
Ideal location - walking distance to downtown, the Capitol & UT. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds & spacious, especially for the price. Communication was clear and response time was fast. We enjoyed our stay & will recommend to friends and family.
