The Space:

Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, sip a drink on the patio, and enjoy a quiet night in before the next day’s plans. The East Riverside setting balances privacy and connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes the city feel alive.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms provide flexible rest spaces for up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen-size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, ideal for remote work. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area adds another comfortable bed, and a queen air mattress can be set up if extra sleeping space is needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.



Living Space

The open‑concept layout merges the living area and kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for coffee chats or movie nights. A comfy sofa converts to a queen‑size sleeper, and large sliding doors lead to a private patio where you can breathe fresh air between activities. A dedicated workspace, in‑unit washer and dryer, and reliable Wi‑Fi support both relaxation and productivity.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and all the essentials for everyday meals or longer stays. A casual breakfast nook with four stools sits alongside the cooking area, making it easy to enjoy meals while conversation flows.



Bathrooms & Laundry

Four full bathrooms keep mornings and evenings smooth for a full group, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer visits.

Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area. The building provides a heated pool and hot tub that are open year‑round with set hours, featuring pool toys and a water slide for extra fun. A nearby shared gym and an outdoor playground give families and active guests additional options. All amenities are shared, and the host is not responsible for third‑party closures.

Nestled in a residential East Riverside neighborhood, the home offers easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Free on‑site and street parking make getting around simple, whether you head out for the day or return late.

This pet‑friendly residence works well for families, large groups, and longer stays, providing ample space, quiet hours, and thoughtful amenities that support both relaxation and productivity.



Important Note

The host cannot guarantee availability of the shared pool, hot tub, or gym and cannot offer refunds if these amenities are temporarily closed for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
