Mi casa es su casa!  My 2000 sq. ft. home is situated in an established neighborhood in north central Austin.  The house is charming and colorfully decorated with folk art, hardwood floors and Mexican tiles throughout. 
 I have an immaculate home with a great Austin vibe. Bedroom 1  has a King size bed and full bathroom with tub. Bedroom 2  has 2 twin beds and full closet.  Bedroom 2 and 3 share a modern/vintage inspired bathroom directly across the hall.   Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has it's own key pad entrance that leads to the back patio with hot tub right outside your door. Bedroom 4 is attached to the main house but also has its own private entrance. Attached to it  is a small private bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed and a full size futon bed.  There is a flat screen TV, Roku, stereo system, DVD player, ceiling fan, bar sink and armoire in your room. You will also be able to enjoy a backyard paradise including a huge back patio with a BBQ grill, fire pit, mature trees, and a lap pool. We also have a Jacuzzi hot tub for your enjoyment.
You will love cooking in my full set up kitchen. The living room area is spacious and wide open which lends itself nicely to small social gatherings.
 Our home is clean and smoke free.  We have parking for 4 small cars in the driveway.  We have a bike path that runs directly in front of our home.  There are cyclists, joggers, roller bladers and walkers zooming by throughout the day.  If you enjoy fitness you will feel right at home and if you don't enjoy fitness, you will enjoy watching!

My home is NOT located in downtown Austin.  Before booking my home, please make sure the location is right for you!!  I am 5 miles (10 min by car) to downtown, provided there isn't a festival going on. Downtown Austin, UT, Zilker Park, Austin Convention Center, Barton Springs and Austin's entertainment district are all approximately 5 - 7 miles away and can be reached by car or public transit. There is a bus stop within walking distance but it takes 30 minutes by bus to get downtown. Recommended for festivals at Zilker park. 

We are a licensed short term rental with the city of 
Austin.  The City of Austin has a no outdoor noise code that is strictly enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and no more than 8 guests are allowed at the home.  In order to preserve the relationship I have with my neighbors and keep with in Austin City code, I ask that if you are planning a party weekend, my home is not the right place for you.  Out of respect for my neighbors and to keep within code, loud noise, outside, after 10:00 PM will not be tolerated and is cause for removal from the property.  This property has Nest outdoor camera's installed outdoors only. Indoor noise is not a problem, only outdoor noise after 10:00pm and before 8:00am. If you have any questions, please ask.

We had a fantastic experience at the Cha Cha Cha house. Barbara was a great host, promptly responding to our questions on multiple occasions in the weeks before we arrived. Her kitchen far exceeded expectations with all of the appliances, tools and spices we needed for Thanksgiving prep. Everything was as described in the listing. The house is brightly decorated and very comfortable for a group to hang out in. The backyard is gorgeous with a hot tub and a pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Home, Lovely Host :)

The house was beautiful and just as described. There was a fun new thing we discovered every day we were there! What made this stay even more incredible was Barbara—she was the sweetest host. You can tell she and her husband have put in so much thought into setting up this home so that guests can have a comfortable stay. She also surprised us with cute birthday decorations and treats since she knew I was visiting Austin for a bday trip with my friends :) A true testament of any stay is how the host treats you if your plans were to change—in our case, bad weather had the potential of cancelling our flight out of ATX and Barbara was so kind and accommodating about it. Overall, this stay exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks, Barbara! :)

Loved Our Birthday Stay!

Two of my sisters and I -- all September birthdays -- one of my brothers and his two sons had a reunion to celebrate and hang-out for a long weekend at the perfect home. Couldn't have asked for more charm inside and a beautifully landscaped backyard for morning coffee, grilling and soaking in the hot tub at night. The house is stocked with everything anyone could need to cook, play in the pool and soak up the sun, and it's a lovely oasis in the busy metropolis that Austin has become. The hostess, Barbara, was on top of a few inquiries I had and was willing to go above and beyond, if needed. We left with great memories, great pictures and the desire to return in the future!

Fun place to stay!

Stayed here with some friends for my bachelorette trip. The house is beautiful and so fun! We loved the colors and decorations in the house, the great outside space and pool, and the amount of space in the house in general. The host was very kind and responded to all messages very quickly. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Loved the CHA CHA CHA

The property is exactly as described and was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is perfect for walking/running and it is conveniently located to downtown Austin/UT. The host was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Great layout for families

Our family really enjoyed the Cha Cha Cha house. It has a great layout for multiple families. Note that the pool, art and decor is fun but can be a little bit challenging for inquisitive toddlers. The kitchen is really well stocked and beds are comfy. Great location!

Eclectic house that was perfect for family vacation

The property was very unique and a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property from the pool to hot tub to lawn games. It was a short 10-15 minute drive into Austin for sights and then a nice getaway to relax in the afternoon at the pool.

We had a great stay. So much attention to detail and providing comfort experience. Loved the Decor. The Hot Tub and Pool were terrific after exploring Austin. Great Great Great!

This was the perfect house for our annual guys trip. There is plenty of room to spread out both within the house and the back yard (the Jacuzzi is a must). Barbara and Will are consummate hosts. Every detail is covered and their friendliness and hospitality shine through the entire process. The house is very-well equipped with everything needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. Great location within an easy drive to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood as well. Don't miss out on the opportunity!

Quiet Time in Austin

My wife and I were down visiting my son yhat lives in California but was down working at SXSW. This property was perfect for us being close to downtown but yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property owners we great and very attentive we had no issues but Barbara did text us to see if we were enjoying the stay. Backyard is very peaceful and we caught up on some reading.. We will visit again next year during the SXSW event Property and Managers 5 out of 5 stars.

Cha Cha Cha was Alright Alright Alright

Loved the house! The decor was fabulous! Comfortable beds and roomy. The house is older and might could use a few updates but overall it was great! Backyard area was nice but the pool is showing it’s age. I wouldn’t recommend this one for disabled persons, lots of steps ups and downs and uneven pavers in yard. My biggest complaint was the ac control. We couldn’t turn it below 72, which was fine during the day but we like to sleep cold at night. Quiet neighborhood. There was also a lot of timers on lights and stuff that made noises. Renters should note there’s a noise detector for the outside area after 10 pm. Very well stocked kitchen including coffee, sugar, spices, foil, Saran Wrap, appliances, toiletries in bathrooms, sunscreen and beach towels.

Lovely, unique property

Barbara's home was so fun for our group of 4 adults. We loved the colorful house, and had a great time escaping the oppressive summer heat in the pool. Communication was easy, Barbara was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed -- and more!
