As you enter the spacious home the main living area opens to the dining room and well appointed kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, built in microwave, oven, convection oven, coffee maker, French press and dishwasher. Breakfast counter with swivel barstools. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee filters, tea, dozen of spices, paper towels and dish soap. Fully equipped kitchen offers dinner service for 12, wine glasses, champagne glasses, blender, juicer, rice cooker, steamer, electric tea kettle, dutch oven, bakeware, grilling utensils and plenty of pots and pans. Full size water and dryer, ironing board, iron and garmet steamer. Children's highchair, MOM's brand pack n play with linens and blanket, toys and games. Official size Cornhole, adult board games, cards, dominoes books and magazines.

The living room opens to the dining room that looks out to the expansive backyard and spa. Sit on the picnic table under the cafe lights, swing on the spider swing or play a game of corn hole.

The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, weight scale, robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, high quality towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make up towels, wrap around mirrors, dual sinks, tub/shower combo and a walk in closet. The guest rooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattress, soft sheets,, extra blankets and pillows, ceiling fans, nightstands, vanities with a mirror and a large closet. Each room is tastefully decorated. The second guest room has a flat screen TV equipped with Roku.

The duplex is on a private acre of land surrounded by trees, on a hilltop with amazing views. Firepit with seating. Guests access the home with a keypad. No events without prior approval. Only the guests on the booking are allowed in the home. Manager is on call 24/7 for your convenience. All amenities including hot tub, grill, back yard and fire pit are exclusive to this home. Onsite parking up to four vehicles.
