Good Place, Great Interaction, Fees Disappointed

Really satisfied with this place and stay overall. The property manager was great with everything, really pleased with all our interactions and what was made available at the place. The only issue at all had to do with the neighbor. Saturday night the neighbor through a child's birthday party complete with bouncy house and invited the *whole* la familia over to celebrate into the wee hours of the night AND did not invite us over! Rude to say the least. Seriously, really please with everything with one exception...no one cares for added, extra, inflated fees. Expect them if you stay here or most other places on vrbo.

Not comfortable

My first impression, the front yard had 6 inches of weeds everywhere and the back yard had 12 inch weeds. The carport needed to be painted. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cookware and silverware. It did not contain a pot or a bakeware dish. The next door neighbors had loud outdoor parties the 1st two nights we were there, impossible to sleep because they went on till 3am. We left a day early because of it.
