**RESORT FEES**: Important, below fees are separate and additional. ALL guests of this Resort are required to pay resort fees, regardless of reservation source. This includes guests who book with the Resort directly. Fees (subject to change by the Resort) are paid directly to the resort upon arrival, thus fees are not able to be included here. While we work closely with Resort staff, we are not affiliated with the Resort. This condo is privately owned and operated, giving you the benefit of reduced rates, and personalized service.
Additional Resort Fees plus local tax are:
- $75 booking fee, per stay
- $60 resort fee, per night
- $45 on-site valet parking, per night, per vehicle (if bringing a vehicle)
HALF-DAY ADD ON??
Coming to ski? Ask about our `half-day add on`. Arrive early (as early as 8am), park on-site and hit the slopes. Or stay late (as late as 3pm) on departure day. Subject to availability. No additional resort/parking fees.

This privately owned and operated condo is located in the main building of the Riverfront Resort & Spa. Surround yourself with expansive mountain views outside, and our curated collection of modern Pop Art inside.
Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. Mini refrigerator with freezer & microwave.
Housekeeping is customized to the needs of each guest, typically a mid-stay clean is provided for stays 5-nights or longer. As extra amenities are always provided, housekeeping is normally not needed or provided for short stays, but is available upon request (from the host).
This condo is available in a 2 or 1 bedroom configuration. We also host several other similar condos at this Resort.

OTHER NOTES:
Room Check-in with the Resort front desk 4pm or after (arrive at the resort anytime 1pm or after). Check-out as late as 11am.
PETS: Up to 1 well behaved dog of any size are most welcome! Non-refundable pet fee of $50, per stay. Resort is very dog friendly with plenty of spaces to run and play. (No other pets allowed.) Please do not leave dogs unattended, unless crate trained and not prone to barking. We are glad to recommend a local dog sitter if needed.
**Guest Verification: Additional guest verification is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties and guests. We partner with Know Your Guest by Superhog, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted separately to verify your information. Some states/local regulations require this additional verification.

The room was clean, neat and well equipped. They were responsive to our requests and the communication through the hotel worked fabulously. They were attentive to my proposals for potential changes, which looking back, I should have taken.

We had a great time at this place, room was so clean and had awesome views. Easy to get to slopes via gondola. Ski valet places your equipment just feet from the gondola. Property Manager was awesome and responded quickly to questions. Super easy check in process, everything was great. Will definitely be booking this again.
This lovely room is very convenient to get to Beaver Creek via the gondola. The hosts diligently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The hot tubs at the Westin are amazing! The ski valet made it super easy to store our skis. We will definitely be back!

Upgrade to a 2-bedroom corner suite was unexpected and very welcome. Mountain views of aspen turned to gold, and the Riverfront Express Gondola was just outside the door where we took our dog for walks. Pet friendly facility even provided a feeding station. Fully appointed kitchen made meal prep and entertaining friends easy. Opened a cupboard or drawer and always found what we wanted. Quiet dishwasher. Comfy beds. Dining area. Huge bathrooms. Pop art decorating scheme was so colorful and welcoming. Parking garage below the Westin, where we checked in, meant we didnât have to scrape car windows. All staff were friendly and helpful, there if we needed them. Bar was convenient for food/drink orders.
