Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Stayed several nights and enjoyed the pool area, gym, and many good restaurants in the area.

Poor sound insulation

The walls are so thin so you could easily hear other people in other room. We had a big issue for one night as our neighbor turn on TV early morning 5AM and it disrupted our sleep! If you travel for skiing they do not offer any shuttle and you have to take public transportation which is free but takes so long!
