Comfortable Home Close to Saratoga, Ideal for Pets and Families

This comfortable, family and pet-friendly home is the perfect place to stay for your trip to nearby Saratoga Springs. The split-level design features a large, open, sunny main room with a large dining table, and a roomy kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom (queen bed). The second bathroom is also on this level. The third bedroom (2 twin beds) is located downstairs--it's a perfect space for kids or teens! Dogs and their humans alike can enjoy the yard--there is a fenced area for dogs to run, as well as seating and a small fountain in a garden for you to relax. Our front yard space is devoted to growing food and medicinal plants; depending on the time of year, it may be in full bloom! We provide all linens and towels and have most amenities you would expect in a home, including a washer/dryer, iron, dishwasher, streaming services, WiFi internet, bathtub, and more. We also have plenty of toys, games, and books. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing at the property, this amazing house has everything you need.

Whitney was a great host! We had an easy check in and Whitney helped us out and allowed an early check in. The house was a perfect place to stay for shows at SPAC:*Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. *Our son loved the lower level guest room! *Comfortable bed in the primary bedroom.

Clean and comfortable

Cute little house that was great for my family of young adults and a dog. There is a great neighborhood park and walking trail and close to Ballston Spa. The house does back up to some kind of heavy machinery business that was very loud on the Sat we were there but that might have been a one time thing. The deck could use a power wash!

Perfect Dog Friendly Rental

We had a group of 5 stay for 2 nights with our 2 dogs and it was such a great stay! The house was very welcoming and cozy- we all settled in very quickly! It was a short drive into Saratoga which was perfect for the Hozier concert. Thank you Whitney for offering such a pleasant home for us to stay in for a couple of nights! Dog friendly notes: The house had a basket of dog toys that our 2 absolutely loved! There was also a fenced in back yard which allowed for easy potty-breaks. Kelley Park was a 7 minute drive and quickly became my black-labs new favorite spot. There was a stream for him to swim, trails, a fenced in dog park, and a picnic spot for lunch! We went there everyday! There are a few dog friendly food spots too if you sit outside, though we didn't bring the pups to a restaurant. 12/10 would recommend!
