I was placed in the wrong room and waited 24 hours later to be moved to the original room requested. Service was ok, mediocre breakfast, and the lobby was nice, but once you get past that and into the foyer; you’ll notice this hotel needs an update.

Service, service, service. Fantastic team of dedicated employees working together to make your stay the best experience (not just bottom up, but top down.) We spent three weeks, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you have an issue, please take it to the front desk, where they will do everything possible to fix it.
