This might be the best dollar for dollar value anywhere. Convenient for the free shuttle to the airport. The free brrakfast is beyond compare the staff are froendly. I got a room upgrade. The bed was fantastic. If i could give a 10 for eachbthe previous categories i would. The 24hr restaurant is also great

Our stay here was short and sweet. It was convenient to have the airport shuttle. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the spa. We arrived later in the evening so didn’t take advantage of the nice pool.

Great for a quick overnight stay if you have an early morning flight the next day. Not much around the area for shopping or dining. You will have to grab a taxi. Can’t really walk anywhere close. Restaurant on the property is very good. They had a live band, have a nice chill feel at dinner time.

The resort was nice. They unexpectedly closed the pool for one month to do maintenance a week before our stay ended, without offering any compensation. Also never responded to our complaint the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. The most frustrating part was the distance to attractions. Spent quite a lot on taxis.

Wonderful potential in a very picturesque property - but the pool was fully closed for my stay (the reason I booked this property). Albeit the pool area being absolutely STUNNING, it was all closed which I wasn’t aware of, until arrival. The front desk staff were lovely and suggested a free “onsen” in their spa which was a very nice gesture. Upon using the onsen it was very dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The same was observed in my hotel room bathroom with black mould around the sink, shower and toilet. This was the most expensive property I booked during my entire 3 weeks in Thailand and it was definitely the most underwhelming. There are many other great options in the area.

Property is really nice and maintained. Food is good. Staff are nice. Comfy and clean rooms. Great for the price! It’s more in the outskirts of Bangkok. Only thing I would recommend is that they clean and upgrade the balconies. The little birdies have taken over ☹️
