The room was clean as well as the hotel lobby areas. The fire alarm went off at 9p.m. and we had to evacuate for a few minutes but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean room and helpful staff were a plus. Airport noise was less than optimal. Cannot beat the location though, super simple to catch 5am flight but just walking across the pedestrian bridge.

Hotel is actually part of the airport, super convenient. Breakfast not free but restaurant is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Room clean and comfortable. I have enjoyed several different stays here.

This hotel was incredibly convenient! We had an early morning flight, so we stayed overnight, and it was such a relief not having to worry about driving to the airport at dawn. We arrived the evening before and ate at the on-site restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious, and the lobster roll was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone flying out early.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. However, I booked this hotel because of the pool for the children and they could only use it one day. The pool was closed the other two days.

Some suggestions needed

I like the fact that the hotel has a bridge to the airport so when I need to check-in at 4:15am, I do not have to ask my daughter who lives 12 miles away to wake up at 3:30am to drive me. I did not check out the restaurant and I leave too early for breakfast... However, although the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean, here are some suggestions: 1. Have a proper body wash gel in the shower and not 2 shampoos and one conditioner. When one realizes that there is no proper soap while already in the tub, it's too late to call for the reception to provide it. 2. Have the warm water in the shower fixed asap!! It started boiling then became icy cold and this alternance that one can accept in a Scandinavian sauna lasted for the entirety of my shampoo/shower. That was a huge disappointment. 3. Have some free cookies in the bedroom or at least in the lobby for the 4am early travelers who cannot enjoy breakfast since the hotel's breakfast shift starts after their flight has already taken off...
