The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everyone, from check-in to checkout, was great. We felt the hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The reception desk was so kind and welcoming. We asked Ester for a recommendation for dinner and she sent us to Xampu Xcampany. We could not have been happier with that. It was exactly the kind of restaurant we were looking for and walkable from the hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure all the food items were fresh and everything was filled. Tables were cleared and cleaned immediately after people left. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good, within walking distance to major attractions, with cafes and supermarket nearby. The room is functional and bedding is quite comfortable. However, signs of lack of maintenance can be seen. The bathroom ceiling of our room started leaking the first night - imagine water dripping on your head and slippers wet on puddle of water when you use the toilet in the middle of the night - we couldn't sleep well. The next day we requested change of room. The front desk lady came to confirm the leaking and changed the next room for us. Funny that she said we should've called earlier, but it was 3am and we just wanted to sleep. Didn't expect room upgrade but even our humble request for late checkout was denied without paying extra.

Really nice hotel to stay at that’s walking distance to everything, only issue we had was we booked for a triple room with three beds, but we showed up and there was only two beds. They immediately came up and brought in a third bed when we made them aware. Very nice lobby, staff was friendly as well.
