The Art Gallery and theme of the hotel is so unique. I enjoyed the exhibition that was on and wandering around the hotel is visually wonderful. It's located quite close to points of interest but not ao clowe that you are in the thick of everything.

The hotel is unique and beautiful, conveniently located in a busy area (walking distance to a few major landmarks; great shopping area; incredible restaurant selection). The staff members were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The art pieces in the hotel are wonderful (there’s a gallery on floor -1). The rooftop is rather small but very nice. We loved our room with a balcony! Lovely hotel…we would absolutely book again!

no one offered me the room upgrade, no one offered anything for my gold expedia status, any VIP-access. They don't know what it is. They were very surprised that I wanted to get something extra. As a result I was given a ticket for a drink at the bar. but it was done very reluctantly. What's the point of being a hotel with Vip-access then?

An amazing few days spent at H10. Staff were amazing from arrival to leaving. Great breakfast in the restaurant and welcome drink of Cava and free drink at the bar was a lovely gesture. Spot on! We will stay again definitely when returning to Barca
