The rooms floors are showing their age. There is visible damage. The room does not have a fresh smell. The hotel seems to be on the border of a questionable neighborhood. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Was helped by staff member Jass. Double thumbs up for his assistance and is attentiveness.

The room was lovely. Only had one issue with a stain on the duvet cover on our last night but was no big deal. The breakfast was AMAZING I don’t know if I’m easily impressed but it was the most extensive hotel breakfast I’ve been to. Staff were really helpful with giving restaurant suggestions and also never making us feel rushed in or out of the breakfasts or checking in or out etc. The mini fridge is restocked everyday which we really enjoyed. The bathroom is very nice and clean. The TV in the room doesn’t have usual channels or apps and only works through chrome cast from another device :/ The hotel is right outside a bus stop and a train station which gets you anywhere you need to go! A local cafe we enjoyed was Origo which was within walking distance. Also go to Soma for dinner! It’s a train ride away but it was our favourite meal of the trip. Overall extremely pleased with our stay and would 100% book again when we return.

Stayed here one night before going on a cruise. Very good location to cruise port. Was only a $9 euro taxi to cruise. Breakfast was a 10/10. Room was nice sized. I unfortunately got a room beside party goers so my noise level was higher than expected but sometimes that happens.

Absolutely charming, service was next level and food delicious. Might sound weirder but the bed sheets and pillows were the most comfortable bedding I have experienced in a hotel, literally did not want to get out of bed.
