Excelente hotel. Gran espacio en la habitaciones, excelente desayuno y personal muy amable. Esta un tanto alejado de puntos turisticos pero la zona es muy segura y con gente local. Estuvimos en agosto ( con 35° de calor) y la refrigeracion de todo el hotel era perfecta!

This hotel had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, well-furnished. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch – the fitness center was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

The hotel is in a great location, outside of the main tourist areas but still close enough to get everywhere quickly on the Metro. There are tons of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the hotel’s daily breakfast, and there’s a lovely bar in the lobby. Our room was spacious by European standards, with a comfortable king bed, a large closet area, a beautiful marble bathroom, and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. If you have limited mobility, the shower could pose an issue—it’s in a tub that’s very slippery and has high sides (though there is a well-placed safety bar). The water pressure in the sink is low and it takes forever to get hot water. The pressure in the shower is better, and when the hot water gets there, it’s plenty hot. The rainfall shower is oddly positioned but works well. All of the staff members were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay at U232 again and recommend it to friends.

Waited til 4:30 for room when check in was 3. Free drink coupon to compensate with wine as the only option because they said the draft beer machine was broke. Had booked 3 rooms and one couple had twin beds. Their room also had a flickering light they found disorienting. Positive, they booked our taxi for us as requested. Queen beds were comfortable

I don’t see how this is a 4-star property. To me it was just average/regular level good. Nothing about it blew me away. I really didn’t like the bathroom design - visually or structurally. The bathtub/shower is one of the worst I’ve ever been in.
