Apartment Description:On the upper floor, you will find the kitchen, living-dining area, one double bedroom, and a toilet. The living room, over 30 m², stands out for its space and natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the daylight and city views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a practical breakfast area, ideal for meals and gatherings during your stay.

An elegant staircase leads to the lower floor, where three double bedrooms are located, including a suite with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. This floor also features a second full bathroom and a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer, designed to provide maximum convenience for both family and business stays.

The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and heating in all rooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, tableware, cutlery, and a dishwasher. A private parking space is included in the price.

The building, of recent construction, stands out for its contemporary design and high-quality finishes, offering a modern, comfortable, and exclusive environment.

My family had a comfortable stay in this lovely rental. It was also spacious and close to great restaurants and the metro. We were able to get to all of our destinations using the metro system.

We truly appreciate the professionalism and support from imanol and macro. for this trip, we booked two apartments and stayed together as a family. during our stay, we encountered an unexpected flight cancellation, which could have been very stressful for us. however, the host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us extend our stay and arrange everything smoothly. this support really made a big difference for us. the apartments were comfortable and well located, and communication was always quick and clear. there was a small issue with the hot water at one point, but the team responded quickly and helped fix it, which we appreciated. overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay again in the future.
