This spacious 3-level duplex offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home and breathtaking views of the mountains.
Main Level:
Step into the inviting main level, which is conveniently located on the same floor as the single garage. Relax in the living room, featuring a smart TV and a magnificent gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The massive window provides a fantastic view, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space, a large dining table, and counter stools, making it perfect for gatherings. Lower Level:
The lower level offers additional space for family and friends, featuring two more bedroomsâone with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds (single over double), accommodating everyone comfortably.
