So not stay here. We had a terrible experience. We travel often and have modest expectations. We were arriving late and we were told we couldn't check in after 10 o'clock. The night that we arrived, we were going to be late so we called them and they said that it was no problem to check in late, so I'm not sure why they didn't tell us that before.
On the last night of our stay, people were partying till 4 AM in the room beside us when I called the front desk and nobody answered because they don't have anyone working there after hours EVER.
The next day, when I went down to complain, they argued with me about the fact that I never actually called them. They told me that I could talk to the manager the next day and that he would call me.
He didn't. I waited four days and called back. They basically told me that they have no idea when the manager/owner will be in. I asked what their policy was regarding emergency situations and they didn't have an answer when I pressed for more information the front desk Clarke hung up on me. I called back four times and she refused to answer my phone call.
This hotel is being run by a bunch of yahoo's. They have no management around to help them in the event of any situation that goes sideways. I would be scared to wonder what they would do in an emergency situation. The owner doesn't even care.
The people at the front desk I think are sleeping in a back room. We watch them walk out barefoot so I don't think they follow stand hygiene.
