I loved staying here. It's a beautiful property and the fact that it was next door to the Titanic museum was a bonus. To catch the bus or glider was so convenient. The staff was so friendly. We had an issue come up with my daughter and they were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The bar staff and food were excellent. The room was beautiful but our toilet didn't work for a full day and there was no maintenance on sight to fix it. The breakfast was ok.

Titanic hotel was a charming experience and step back in time, a taste of luxury. The feeling of being on board a luxury liner was magical our room was very comfortable with everything you need for a lovely night. The view of the Titanic museum from our room was beautiful especially when lit up after dark. The food was excellent served in a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed strolling round the hotel looking at the paintings and Titanic memorabilia. Great hotel and a wonderful museum .

While this hotel is priced at the high end, general condition and location are major plus points. Staff are friendly without being over the top. Food was good and priced reasonably. Would encourage people who stay in the hotel to wander around the as endless photos and hidden discoveries to pass the time.

I absolutely loved this property. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history. Directly across the street from the Titanic museum and the SS Nomadic. The museum's garage parking also serves as hotel parking and they do discount the cost. Just take your parking garage ticket to the hotel's front desk.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the themed Titanic has been put together very elegantly. Everywhere you turn you feel the history of the ship and it captures the decor and pictures so well in every corridor. I loved the beehive honey drip in the breakfast area, very impressive. Staff polite and well organised, rooms have such high ceilings and again decor is beautiful. A few minor things I would point out though is it would be nice to add a mini fridge in the room. Overall experience definitely loved it
