Feeling the need for a swim? From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can head over to the Quarry Pool, where the zero-line pool is warm and welcoming for children and adults, the chairs are comfortable, and the view of the mountains is incredible. Hang out for poolside lunch and drink service. Just across from the pool are well-maintained tennis courts, and just adjacent to the pool is an excellent playground for kids. There is a five-mile jogging, biking, and walking path just outside the back door to help you enjoy the forested area in and around Caldera. Head to Sunriver on the bike paths to enjoy the world-famous Sunriver Brewing, the High Desert Museum, or the Lava River Cave. In the winter, check out the slopes or play in the snow. Visit the Lakehouse for great views of Mt. Bachelor, cozy fireplaces, a pool table, and indoor shuffleboard.

Challenge your loved ones to a game of air hockey in our large bonus room with a TV, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. Your kids will enjoy our cozy bunk room with custom built-in bunks with electrical outlets. Other features at the house include cable TV, a Weber natural gas grill perfect for salmon or steaks, and a well-equipped kitchen with cool concrete countertops and integral sinks. You'll have everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including a full range of spices, an electric griddle, a resort-style waffle iron, a Blendtec blender, a sno-cone maker, and an outstanding stock of pots, pans, and bakeware.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
