Coffee maker still had used coffee in it. Front desk was reluctant to provide a late check out. Lady at the frond desk ( the one at c/out) needs to learn to be more helpful & understanding. Could improve a lot in service. Everything else was great.

Front desk not very welcoming. Couldn’t have more than 30 min late check out without paying more. Asked for extra coffee, given Keurig pods but got up to room and coffee maker not kuerig. Called front desk for coffee and got 2 more Kuerig pods and 2 decaf others. Called again and guy brought us 2 of the right ones, I asked for four. Which the young fellow did finally bring. Supposed to get a free drink in the lounge, front desk said to ask in lounge, lounge said to ask front desk. Not much communication happening there.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel was clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend iHotel to anyone who is looking for overnight lodging. The morning buffet was included in the price and had a large variety of food. The swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna were kept clean, and a supply of towels was always available.
