IHOTEL is a MUST STAY HOTEL!

The beds were super comfy, rooms were nice and clean, the floor was quiet, the staff was friendly, restaurants were close by, hot tub was super relaxing and for the affordable rate, we will definitely be back. This is a must stay hotel!

The hotel and staff were great. The hotel restaurant that provides the buffet was terrible. The buffet actually looked pretty decent until I saw the cook sit at a table right beside the buffet and had his fingers so deep in his nose that I’m surprised he didn’t pull out gold. He then got up and went back into the kitchen. I was so disgusted I left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. The hotel restaurant gets horrible reviews and for good reason.

Needs updating, not great

You can tell that at one time it was a higher end hotel. Unfortunately it seriously needs updating and cleanliness is not great. The pool area is shabby and the “rocks” around the hot tub had cobwebs and the coating of the rocks was flaking off. One of our beds had a sheet that was visibly stained, everything was outdated. I cut my finger on the screw of the switch plate in the bathroom. The breakfast was highly disappointing. We were there about 9:20 and breakfast didn’t end until 10 and there was no fruit to be seen, one muffin, cold eggs and hand browns, the sausages looked undercooked, there was no brown bread or bagels. We would not book this hotel again.

Place is outdated. Food was horrible at the Lounge, was up all night not feeling well after eating. The included breakfast was mediocre at best. King size bed was very uncomfortable, and no way was sleeping on the sofa. Heater in room sounded like a running vehicle. Pictures online makes it look a lot better than it is. When went to the floor where pool and gym are, soon as doors open smelled horrible. Pool area is in much need of full overhaul. Hot tub is very small and pool was small for size of hotel. The room itself was nice but didn’t even have smart tv just an option to screen share off my phone. Games room, again this was outdated with air hockey that didn’t seem to work proper, ping pong table and foosball table. I booked online through trivago and when tried to upgrade room the hotel tried charging an additional 80$ which the room online was only an extra 20$. When contacted trivago for help they didn’t do anything for a refund and either did the hotel. Upon check out they didn’t even ask how my stay was or anything just took my keys and that was it.
