The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to switch to adjoining rooms with the family we met there, so it was like we had one large suite. The breakfast coffee was strong enough and had a decent flavour. The breakfast food was good, especially the individually fried eggs. The pool and surrounding area are small but nice. The bed was too soft and wobbly for my taste. Most of the gym equipment is broken and has been since our last stay in October 2024. The bedsheet was pilly and it wouldn't stay on because the elastic was worn out. We enjoyed our time there, but would like to see the gym and the sheets fixed.

The balcony view was great! No seats in the hot tub was kinda weird. I went down for breakfast and was very disappointed, a couple warm choices, toast and cereal

Homeless guy defacated and urinated in the entrance at some point throughout our last night there. I was stepping over feces and urine trying to get my bags out. Whole pool area smells like an old basement.

Short sheeted, rock hard pillows, hard to find light switches, dead bolt lever failed and so locked in room for 15 minutes. If there would have been a fire, we would have been dead, window screens stapled on outside of window, bathroom too small to even dry off in……….
