We were just looking for a reasonably priced hotel for one night stay in Red Deer. We found this hotel on Travelocity and were more than satisfied with our accomodations.

Great hotel, bad location

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The continental breakfast was fantastic with lots of selection. The only downside is there is a homeless shelter across the street and there are always sketchy people in the parking lot and in front of the lobby doors.

We had a great stay! I’d give it 5 Stars but the beds need to be changed! They are older and very worn! Still comfy, but they’ve seen better days! Otherwise it’s a great hotel for the cost! They have a decent complimentary breakfast to start the day! Would stay here again!

There was a super gross stain on the floor in our room. The rest of the carpet was in terrible condition. When we were doing our final check before we left in the morning, we notice something at the foot of the bed. When we checked what it was, it was a remote control under the mattress pad which I think means that our sheets hadn’t gotten cleaned. Gross. There was another remote on the dresser. I do not recommend.

Decent hotel for a decent price

We stay at this hotel almost every week. They gave us a really nice hotel room one week but since then they have downgraded us into a lesser room. Guess customer loyalty does not mean much these days.
