Staff was very courteous. The lady who ran the breakfast room was so very nice and helpful. Kept the place clean and organized. Hotel clerk wonderful at my check in. Nice linens in room. Room was nice but hair was everywhere. On counters, floor, sink and shower. Disgusting. Lobby was quite dirty.

I always appreciate a swimming pool and this one was big enough for me to swim circles to get my exercise daily. The jets on the hot tub did not work, a small disappointment. The breakfast is always a nice thing with several hours to get down there. The breakfast attendant was cheerful and attentive. It is right across the bluff so we could see the lake and walk across Lake Shore Drive to see the water, waves and sunset.

Hotel was fine. It was clean. It could use some updates. It is looking worn, and there was some water damage in our bathroom. Loved that the restaurant next door was within walking distance. Beautiful scenery.
