I told them that the proposed upgrade room issue is not my best preference for 1 bed setting but the staff are still trying to persuade me to arrange for it. It takes quite a long time to go through the check in process. The staff are not very efficient and patience enough to answer some questions over the phone reception. The miscellaneous charges for hotel is not very clear explained when check out but the expenses deducted automatically straight away for each day. I am not feeling good and secured of my card without authorisation and my confirmation of spending during my stay. Not a professional hotel services overall.
