This 6 bedroom 2-bath getaway is perfect for a guys’/girls’ weekend or family vacation. Equipped with a pool table, upstairs wet-bar lounge, and a 2-person rain shower there is nothing this house doesn’t have! For those ATV lovers, there is plenty of trailer parking, a fire pit for your enjoyment, and farmer’s porch to kick back on at the end of a long day of riding. Don't forget about our Fire Pit located on the far end of the property. Did we mention there is a TV in nearly every room… Kitchen, dining room, living room, pool room, bedrooms… You will never miss a game when staying with us! There is also a Pandora Arcade Game Console with 3800 classic video games for all ages ranging from Tekken and Street Fighter to Pac-Man and Mario Bros… If you played it as a kid it’s probably here! The main level has two queen bedrooms, and a sleeper sectional sofa, full bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry and an office space. The upper level is equipped with pool room, wet bar, 1 king room, 1 queen room, 2 twin beds, 2 trundle beds, and an oversized full bath. This house comes stocked with towels, bedding, travel sized toiletries, and dinnerware for your use while with us. A washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. Please Note: propane tanks are provided for the grill and upstairs patio, however we do not fill them. If you would like to use said products you would have to exchange them at the local gas station at your expense. This is a smoke free property. The New Hampshire Forests and Lands Division is pleased to offer citizens the option to purchase open burning permits online! Through our easy online process you will be able to purchase an open burning permit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing permits are being issued at the time. Although online burn permits can be purchased at any time, open burning can only be conducted after 5pm and before 9am. The only exception to the allowable burning times occurs if you have purchased a permit and there is a steady rain, or the ground is completely covered with snow. Depending on what town you are burning in, there are some variances to these times. Please read the minimum requirements on your permit carefully and make sure you have selected the proper location before starting your fire. Permits purchased for the wrong location are considered invalid. The online service is easy and payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) is quick and secure. You will be able to print your permit at the end of the online process. The small processing fee of $3.00 is non-refundable, even in the event of weather condition changes deeming the permit invalid. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as "S3 NHFIS, Smyrna TN" (they are the third-party vendor holding the NH contract for this system). *Warning* the property is known to have bears. They have never even paid attention to us but please remember it is wildlife. DO NOT FEED THEM PLEASE!!! Important: To prevent bears from visiting backyard bird feeders, take down birdfeeders from April 1 through December 1. Also keep all garbage secured, keep barbeque grills clean, and do not leave pet food outdoors. This helps prevent property damage and protects our bears by preventing them from becoming nuisance animals that are habituated to human-related foods.
