We did not feel safe at this property. Locks on main doors had tape over them, so anybody could access. There were a lot of construction workers staying, and partying at one end of parking lot.

Big room, bed too high for handicapped

Need to make the handicapped room beds a little bit shorter. Its hard for a handicapped person to get in bed. Also our room had the bench seat taken out. That seat makes it easier to get dressed. The room itself was very large.

I liked the fact that the property was lit up all around for safety and that the office was open all night long. In case you needed someone. What I didn't like was that in the website it did not have a price for animals. Just said "pet friendly" when you got there you had to pay additional $25 per night.

The employee stopped checking me in when the phone rang even though we were almost finished with check in. The room smelled like a dog. Breakfast was included in the stay but they fail to mention you have to leave the building you’re staying in to go to another building to get breakfast. Numerous light didn’t work in the room. No way to quietly open or shut doors so you literally hear every door open and close. Definitely won’t be back.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good. This hotel perfect location if you are visiting a student staying in a dorm on the south side of the campus. The big complaint we had is one of the outside door’s latch was taped open. Anyone get in the hotel and walk around the hallways. Not a very safe feeling!!

Not Our First Choice for a Future Stay

When we first arrived, we were a bit nervous about the condition of the exterior. We checked in late, and the staff member at the desk was friendly, though I did have to remind him to return my credit card after he only handed back my driver’s license. This property has two separate buildings, and our room was in the one not connected to the front desk. The key card system on that building’s door was not functioning properly, which allowed access without scanning a card—definitely a security concern. The room itself had a musty smell upon arrival. Once we turned on the AC, condensation began leaking onto the carpet. On a positive note, the whirlpool tub and shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast ended earlier than we expected, so we missed out (our fault there). The pool looked clean from a distance, but we didn’t have time to use it. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to stay here again.

We were traveling with 2 dogs and they gave us a dog room because the bathhroom was all scratched up on the door and wall and the front door is torn up and you can see day light from under the door, we had like 5 flies in our room that we had to kill and right outside the room was a trash can that was over flowing with trash and the flies were coming in our room eveytime we opened the door. My dogs are great dogs I dont have any issues but I paid 200 for 1 night to stay in a horrible room. You should fix any damages that is done from other dogs I should not have to stay in a room like that just because i jave dogs with me. Total i paid 250 with dog fee and I will never stay here again. That is why i gave 1 star
