Checked in way after 4 pm check in time. Got to both our rooms and both rooms were not ready. Had to take all our luggage back down to get other rooms. They had trouble finding rooms ready. Why if check in is at 4 that rooms are still not available way after the 4 pm check in time. Very frustrating. Especially when you have to show ID each time to go on elevator.

Always like the Scarlet Pearl but this time was a little bit disappointing. I asked for a room that was away from the elevators and ice machine, i got a room directly across from the ice machine and jst around the corner from the elevators. The room was clean but I found a broken up ear ring on the bathroom floor and some hairs in the shower. The pillows in this room were so firm it made it uncomfortable to sleep on them. Overall I still enjoy this property.
