A beautiful country hotel located, not too far from downtown Coventry. The family room was really nice and spacious and the restaurant served good food and drink and was lively throughout the day.

Was a great property as was up at the NEC exhibiting. one thing for me personally was i struggled with the shower due to the height of the bath but thats it otherwise fantastic hotel. Will definitely be staying again on a side note the fact that you can get fresh eggs or omelettes made for you in the morning was an amazing treat and thankyou belinda for cooking mine superbly

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, our room had no towels. When we called reception (using our mobile as the room phone wasn’t working), we were told towels were in the bathroom and slippers in the wardrobe. We double-checked, but there were none. Eventually, two towels were sent up, but the room phone was never replaced. A bit disappointing, as we’ve stayed here before and previously had really enjoyable visits.

The rooms were a big letdown

Beautiful lobby and restaurants with amazing food. I would rate the lobby and restaurants 5 stars. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing. Our double room was actually two single beds pushed together, and the beds kept shifting — it was a terrible experience trying to sleep comfortably. The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly, and the carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The windows also don’t open fully, which made it feel stuffy. While the reception and restaurant areas were outstanding, the rooms were a big letdown.
