I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, unfortunately on this occasion the heating in the room wasn’t working and although I tried calling reception in the evening numerous times I couldn’t get through. Ended up sleeping in my hoodie and was frozen through the night and didn’t sleep very well. I did mention this to the receptionist on check out and I was given complimentary parking and offered breakfast ( which I didn’t take as wasn’t feeling great ) looking back on this experience it’s pretty bad.
