⭐ Great Location, but Disappointing Stay The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the Bullring, and the coach bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the building entrance, lift and walk way was very dirty and smelled unpleasant. The apartment needed deep cleaning, the windows wouldn’t close properly, and the extractor fan was very noisy. We stayed for 5 days, and no one came to clean throughout our stay. Our flight was cancelled, and although the apartment had been vacant for 3 days before our arrival, the host refused to extend our stay because the booking was non-refundable. We had already paid for those 3 days and felt the host could have offered a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill. The location was great, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service need significant improvement.
