Superb location in Edgbaston. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Spacious accommodation (we booked a flat) but TV did not work in the living room and the basin in the bathroom was very small!

This is a very clean and modern feel. The beds were comfortable. The manager Kerri was exceptional and accommodating. The hotel is located on-campus, which makes walking easy. It's a quick Uber to many wonderful restaurants and shopping in Harborne. Breakfast was consistently tasty and with all the best options.

Despite having a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door a member of your senior staff knocked on my door at around 1130am and asked when I was planning to leave! I told her I had booked for four days. She went away and telephoned my room and said yes she had checked and could confirm my stay was for four days but then asked me if I could pay. I told her my wife had already paid on booking in. She said that was not so. I then reiterated that my wife had paid. She then checked and said she could now see the booking had been paid for. I’m not happy with this level of service - two unnerving mistakes in the space of 20 minutes.

Lovely comfortable hotel

A great find, a hotel I certainly will return to when in the area. The room was clean comfortable and had great air conditioning The only criticism was the shower cubicle being quite small and the tiny size of the toilet rolls supplied. I stayed for three consecutive nights and ate in the bar each evening rather than the more formal dining room as I preferred the menu there. The selection of drinks in the bar is really impressive especially the alcohol free options even having a 0.0 lager on tap. The crowning glory of my stay has to be the breakfasts. There’s a large selection of quality choices to spoil yourself with and hey they even had Marmite always a plus point for

We had a fantastic stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome right away. They kindly allowed us to check in early without any issue, which made our trip much more relaxed. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with great facilities - having gym access during our stay was a real bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Bed was comfortable, however standard bed in UK equivalent to size of full / bed for pre-teen.
