I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed. If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option.

Really great building with character & charm and excellent staff. Highly recommended. Would be five stars if it wasn’t for the truly dismal breakfast offer (NB: if a packet of Alpen is your best offer you could at least put a pint of milk in the fridge! Very poor).

Ideal location for the Utilita Arena, just a short walk. Far enough out of the city that it was quiet overnight so easy to sleep. Room very spacious and comfortable.

Cozy stylish rooms

The staff was very helpful, they proposed me an upgrade for free because my luggage was too cumbersome to move up the stairs! Very helpful and easygoing warm welcoming :) all the facilities are in great condition. The only downside was a few noticeable hairs on the moquette. Still, rooms are very comfortable and styled with care and taste.
