Whatever could go wrong went wrong.
We spoke to someone on the phone who had booked us into the spa, so me and my partner got ready and went all the way down to the spa for them to tell us its fully booked after stating we could go down. Not to mention she is pregnant also. So we then went back upstairs and then had to come back an hour later, meaning we then had to push back our dinner reservations otherwise we’d not have time to go. Ruining plans
Then theres the food. We ordered room service. Which took past 45 mins to arrive. It was so late they had to remove the tray charge. And then once it arrived the most we could eat was the bread as all the meat was raw and not cooked properly.
Then lastly there is the parking. Despite me reconfirming if my parking was validated to three different staff members i was still not let out at the parking gate and told to wait their with my hazard lights for almost 10 minutes whilst my story was verified by the controller. I then had to call the hotel AGAIN myself and put my phone on loudspeaker so the control could here and let me through. I had a que of ppl behind me also. This was an absolute shambles.
The only silver lining amongst all these issues was the staff. The staff were very understanding and very accommodating and very helpful in resolving my issues once they arise however paging such prices i don't really expect those issues in the first place.
